These are non-anime TV series that I've seen every episode of (or close to).

COMMENTS
The Twilight Zone (1959-1964) 156 Cayuga Productions, Inc. Obvious classic. It has some weaker episodes but sit me in front of a marathon and I'll be there the whole time. None of the later series made in the same name are in any way related to this. Disregard them.
Seinfeld (1989-1998) 180 West/Shapiro Productions I actually really hate Jerry Seinfeld as a comedian. Luckily, about half of this show is making fun of him for being a dork. I normally hate shows with laugh tracks but I grew up with this one so I have a soft spot for it, even if like 25% of it just really stupid and unfunny. Also I hate it when American entertainment tries to spread propaganda about people opposed to circumcision being the "weirdos" instead of the ones who chop up and mutilate baby dicks, which this show does a few times. It's the kind of thing that fuels conspiracies that Hollywood is run by a cabal of hateful Jews intent on destroying western civilization.
Poochinski (1990) 1 [Pilot] Bedrock Productions Pretty ridiculous unsold pilot about a detective played by Peter Boyle who dies and whose spirit is transferred into a bulldog. Worth watching as a curiosity.
Twin Peaks (1990-1991) 30 Lynch/Frost Productions One of the better things Lynch was involved in. I've always been a sucker for the trope of "strange small town that harbors dark secrets" and this is like the archetypal example.
The Ren & Stimpy Show (1991-1995) 52 Spümcø
Games Animation
The first two seasons with John Kricfalusi are the obvious real quality. Some of this show is pretty LOLSORANDUM humor that is very much for kids, but for the most part it holds up incredibly well even for adults. It was quality enough that I went back and rewatched all of it sometime during college. I loved this show when I caught it back in the day, but it was a little before my time.
Fishing With John (1991) 6 Kenji Okabe If you like Jim Jarmusch's sense of humor, this is a must-watch.
The X-Files (1993-2002) 202 Ten Thirteen Productions I watched this whole series but over a spaced out period. I lost track of a lot of the main lore storyline. There are a lot of really solid monster-of-the-week episodes. But it's long enough that compared to something like The Twilight Zone that the weak ones really start to wear on you, especially in the later seasons. I still recommend watching the good episodes though.
ラブ ジェネレーション (1997)
Love Generation
11 フジテレビ
Fuji TV
I'm not the biggest drama watcher (perhaps because I lack ovaries), but I've seen a few that I really enjoy. This one is especially nice to look at just because of that glossy late-90s Japanese TV style. Ah, medicine for the heart!
Brass Eye (1997-2001) 7 Talkback Productions More relevant now than ever. The "Paedogeddon" special is one of the funniest things I've ever watched in my life, and the other episodes aren't far behind.
Home Movies (1999-2004) 52 Burns & Burns Productions I watched a few other series that H. Jon Benjamin had voicing roles on and felt disconnect because he literally only does one kind of performance in other cartoons. Which is weird, since he voices multiple very different-sounding characters in this one. Him always doing the same voice makes it hard to not compare him to his Coach McGuirk role and find it inferior. I always disliked Bob's Burgers, but this is one of the funniest shows to air on Adult Swim.
Courage the Cowardly Dog (1999-2002) 52 Stretch Films This was my favorite cartoon as a kid and I still find myself rewatching it once in a while. Of course, it's a cartoon for kids and that is obvious. But I really love and respect a lot of the dark, surreal imagery and atmosphere of this show. It's not actually a very funny show for the most part (most of the humor is very much for kids), but that's not where it shines. In any case, there's something besides nostalgia that makes me return to this one over and over again and it had a huge influence on me.
Jam (2000) 6 Talkback Productions Hilarious, horrifying, and strangely beautiful in equal parts. One of the most unique and interesting television series ever made. Everyone owes it to themselves to watch it.
池袋ウエストゲートパーク (2000)
Ikebukuro West Gate Park
11 TBS Pretty solid Japanese gang drama with some saucy content.
ゲームセンターCX (2003-?)
Game Center CX
? フジテレビ
Fuji TV
Ok, this is the only exception I'll make. I haven't seen every episode because it's still airing. But I love this show. Nothing calms me down and puts a smile on my face more than watching Arino play games like a fucking chimp. And the local game center segments are pure soul.
Garth Marenghi's Darkplace (2004) 6 Charlie Hanson A VERY British kind of surreal, silly faux-horror comedy show. The intentionally terrible editing is the highlight and there's tons of great awkward humor.
ドラゴン桜 (2005)
Dragon Zakura
11 TBS Middling Japanese school drama.
マイ★ボス マイ★ヒーロー (2006)
My Boss, My Hero
10 NTV Most Japanese school dramas aren't very interesting to me. You can always do so much more for storytelling with anime or manga. But this one is pretty great. Nagase Tomoya's incredibly doofy performance carries it.
Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job! (2007-2010) 50 Abso Lutely Productions This show was pretty excellent. But I do have to admit that it probably had a negative effect in introducing this post-post-post-ironic meme culture into western pop culture as a whole. Still, I can't deny that a lot of this show is very funny and entertaining to this day. I need to watch the last season of Check It Out! With Dr. Steve Brule because I actually think it's even funnier than Tim and Eric.
Xavier: Renegade Angel (2007-2009) 20 PFFR The best show that Adult Swim ever aired. I don't even know how to summarize it to those who don't know, you just have to watch it from the beginning. It's actually insane how well this show is written. And a lot of it is legitimately very clever in satirizing "spiritualism" in modern western civilization. I watched a bit of Wonder Showzen from the same creators and some of it was pretty hilarious but nothing compares to this.
Regular Show (2010-2017) 261 Cartoon Network Studios Somehow, I actually ended up watching all of this over the years. I don't particularly think it's a great show, but I don't know, I guess I was charmed enough to continue. I guess I thought that as a kid I would have enjoyed this.
Gravity Falls (2012-2016) 40 Disney Television Animation I watched this in high school and college and found it somewhat engaging. But most of that was thinking that I would have really loved this show if I watched it as a kid. As an adult, I can only enjoy it to such a degree.
Twin Peaks: The Return (2017) 18 Lynch/Frost Productions Absolutely fantastic. This is Lynch at his very best. In a lot of ways I like it even more than the original series, but I see them as more or less extensions of the same thing. Still, there's enough distance in time and style that I'll split them up as separate series here.
