Music is, to me, the most subjective and truly personal of all hobbies. So it is very hard to find the right words to convey to others. I'm not a musically-inclined person myself and thus don't know a lot of technical aspects of music creation or playing. I don't like live concerts either, so I'm not involved in the world of music socially. But I know what I like.
MUSIC INDEX (IN PROGRESS): Ideally, a complete index of noteworthy albums that I've heard so I can reduce dependency on RateYourMusic. This will take years to finish though.
MY TOP 500 ALBUMS (2024 ed.): Unlike my film list which always feels pretty definitive and can be reasonably managed in real time, this list will never be stable. So here's my current snapshot.
